Arm Optimize™ Program
Course Week 5
Beyond the Four Weeks
Keep the Gains and Plan the Next Block

Week 5 is where the intensive becomes a habit. The same 50-minute structure carries on for months — the tasks change, the frame does not.
- Keep the Daily Plan Going — The 50-minute structure works for months. Change the tasks, keep the frame.
- Progress the Challenge — Raise the demand before you raise the volume — height, resistance, speed, then reps.
- Reassess Every 4–6 Weeks — Same tasks, same camera angle. Compare and decide what gets the next block of attention.
- Stay in the Community — Bring new cases to the group. Lifetime access means the coaching does not stop.
- Plan the Next Intensive — Intensives work well in cycles. Decide now when the next one belongs.
Small steps. Big possibilities.
